Purchasing Policy
1. All downladable orders are filled within 1 day (usually immediately)
after receiving your order.
2. All mail-orders are filled and shipped within 2 days after receiving your order.
3. Mail orders are not shipped until your check has cleared. Be sure to include your e-mail address so if there is any problem you can be informed.
4. Refunds: (a) Products are checked for defects before shipping. If you receive a product that has a defect it will be replaced free of charge one time only. First, notify us by e-mail that you want to return the product and why. Contact us before returning product.
